Job summary

The Chemours Company seeks a Project Manager to join our Capital Execution team. You will lead large, small and complex capital projects across Chemours sites worldwide, delivering on safety, quality, and innovation while collaborating with teams across the globe.

This role may be based at various Chemours locations; proximity to Wilmington, Delaware or Philadelphia, PA area enables close collaboration with partner teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering discipline required.
• Minimum 5 years managing capital projects.
• Minimum 3 years working with a chemical plant environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with field construction or contract management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead by influence.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Identify project team resources and secure staffing.
• Ensure team understands roles, responsibilities and deliverables.
• Establish effective communications with stakeholders and objectives.
• Lead front-end loading: scopes of work, estimates, funding requests, schedules.
• Drive project scope, cost, schedule and resources; manage changes.
