Job summary

The Chemours Company is seeking a Project Manager to drive large and small capital projects from FEL through Start-Up at global sites. You will lead project teams, manage design, procurement, construction, and controls, and ensure alignment with safety, quality and operational goals.

Responsibilities include front-end loading, scheduling, funding requests, and risk management across global teams. Requires strong communication, people leadership, and travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years managing capital projects.
• Minimum 3 years in a chemical plant environment.
• Minimum 2 years of field construction or contract management.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify project team resources and secure staffing.
• Ensure team understands roles, deliverables and objectives.
• Establish clear project communications with stakeholders.
• Lead front-end loading: scopes, estimates, funding requests and schedules.
• Drive project scope, cost, schedule and resources; manage changes.
