Qualifications

• Certification as a VCCO or ability to obtain within one year
• Valid driver's license required for regular travel to campuses

Responsibilities

• Provide project management and administration for capital outlay, maintenance reserve and non-capital construction projects at assigned community colleges
• Help create and maintain functional, healthy, safe and aesthetically pleasing facilities
• Ensure compliance with contracts, codes, and environmental/regulatory requirements
