Job summary

Qualifications

Substantial knowledge of capital outlay and construction project management.
Experience with development and administration of contracts for architectural and engineering design, construction management, project administration, cost accounting, building codes, environmental and regulatory requirements.
Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Provide project management and administration services for capital outlay, maintenance reserve, and non-capital construction projects at assigned community colleges.
Help create and maintain highly functional, healthy, safe, secure, and aesthetically pleasing facilities in support of the system mission.
