Job summary

LPS is seeking a Capital Expenditure (Cap Ex) Project Manager to lead multi-trade facilities maintenance and commercial construction projects across the U.S. You will estimate, coordinate, and execute work from start to finish, handling 35–50 active projects with a client-facing leadership role.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience with abatement/remediation, and the ability to manage subcontractors while communicating directly with clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience managing/commercial construction or facilities maintenance projects (multi-trade preferred).
• Knowledge of mold/water/asbestos remediation procedures; IICRC AMRT or WRT certification a plus.
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and manage multi-trade facility maintenance/construction projects, including abatement/remediation.
• Oversee concurrent projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Analyze blueprints, specs and docs to prepare cost estimates.
• Coordinate with permitting/inspection authorities for compliance.
• Build and manage subcontractor relationships, including contract negotiations.
• Ensure strict safety, health and compliance standards.
• Provide mentorship to junior estimators and PMs.
• Maintain ongoing client communication to drive satisfaction.
