Job summary

Lakeside Project Solutions is seeking a Facilities Capital Expenditure (Cap Ex) Project Manager in Denver, NC. The role leads multi-trade facilities maintenance and commercial construction projects, from estimation to execution, coordinating across trades and clients to ensure quality, compliance, and profitability.

Projects range from $10,000 to $1 million and are managed remotely across the U.S. A strong work ethic, organization, and communication skills are essential for managing 35–50 active

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience managing/commercial construction or facilities maintenance projects (multi-trade experience preferred).
• Knowledge of mold, water, asbestos remediation procedures; AMRT/WRT certification a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and familiarity with PM/WO software.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and manage multi-trade facility maintenance and construction projects, including abatement/remediation.
• Oversee concurrent projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Analyze blueprints and specs to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Coordinate permitting/inspection to ensure compliance.
• Manage subcontractor relationships and negotiations.
• Ensure safety/health/compliance standards are met.
• Mentor junior estimators and PMs.
• Maintain ongoing client communication to drive satisfaction.
