Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a remote Recruiter/Outreach Associate to handle high-volume outbound calls and candidate engagement from anywhere in India. You will present job opportunities, verify eligibility, and move candidates through the recruitment process with careful record-keeping and timely follow-ups.

The role requires 9 hours per day, 6 days per week, including one mandatory Sunday per month, with performance-based incentives and growth opportunities, including POD Lead roles.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong spoken English and professional telephone communication.
• Comfort with repetitive calls, frequent follow-ups, and daily targets.
• Good interpersonal skills and attention to record accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with productivity goals.
• Availability to work 9 hours/day, 6 days/week including one Sunday per month.

Responsibilities

• Make 100–120 outbound calls daily to shortlisted candidates and present job opportunities with role details, company info, location, and eligibility criteria.
• Confirm candidates’ interest, availability, notice periods, and other recruitment details.
• Follow up promptly via phone, WhatsApp, and email to keep candidates engaged.
• Share interested and qualified candidates with the recruiting team for evaluation.
• Maintain accurate call logs and candidate records in spreadsheets or designated systems.
• Meet daily outreach targets while maintaining professional communication and attention to detail.
• For POD Lead roles, coordinate team activities, coach associates, monitor productivity, and support quality standards.
