Qualifications

• Experience in Recruiting, Sales, or Customer Service.
• Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize daily and handle constant change.
• Valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Attract candidates to join the team and act as a bridge between hiring managers and Recruitment Department.
• Attend local and remote career fairs and collaborate with colleges and universities.
• Promote Reynolds and Reynolds brand to students and showcase career prospects.
• Guide applicants through onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into roles.
