InterVarsity Press seeks a Campus Staff Minister at UW-Eau Claire for Undergraduate Ministry. This remote, full-time role focuses on spiritual growth, campus leadership, missional development, organizational collaboration, and partnership development to transform students and faculty.

You will model InterVarsity’s core values, lead discipleship experiences, and raise the full budget through donor partnerships while engaging diverse campus communities.

Responsibilities

• Pursue a vibrant relationship with God through Scripture, prayer, and worship, in personal and community settings
• Communicate and model InterVarsity’s vision to transform students, faculty, and campuses
• Lead and disciple students and faculty through Scripture, prayer, teaching, and ministry activities to align with the vision
• Collaborate with supervisors and national leaders; participate in team meetings and reporting
• Develop a diversified partner network to resource the ministry financially, in prayer, and through volunteers
