Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for CSMs on four-year campuses; Associate’s degree for two-year campuses or community college
• Strong interpersonal skills including ability to minister to diverse ethnic communities and faculty
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet software

Responsibilities

• Pursue a vibrant relationship with God through Scripture, prayer, and worship individually and in community
• Lead and model InterVarsity’s vision to transform students and faculty on campuses
• Develop and execute ministry plans, goals, and programs to achieve qualitative and quantitative growth
• Build leadership teams and mobilize students and faculty to engage relational networks for the gospel
• Raise 100% of the financial budget assigned by your supervisor and develop ministry partnerships
