InterVarsity Christian Fellowship seeks a Campus Staff Minister for UW Whitewater (Undergraduate Ministry) in Wisconsin. The role involves spiritual leadership, campus-wide collaboration, and developing new witnessing communities while aligning with InterVarsity’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for CSMs assigned to a four-year campus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to minister to diverse ethnic communities and faculty.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Pursue spiritual growth and model a disciple of Jesus within campus ministry.
• Increase witnessing communities and strengthen health and influence of campus groups.
• Build leadership teams and develop ministry plans to reach goals.
• Raise 100% of the financial budget assigned by your supervisor and nurture ministry partnerships.
