Job summary

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship is seeking a Campus Staff Minister for the Northern MN & NW WI area (Undergraduate Ministry). This remote role requires building and leading witnessing communities among students and faculty, with oversight by the Area Director.

You will develop leadership, cast vision, and collaborate across InterVarsity’s network to grow campus ministry. Responsibilities include spiritual growth, campus leadership, organizational collaboration, and ministry development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for CSMs assigned to a four-year campus; associate’s degree for two-year campus or community college.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to minister to diverse ethnic communities and faculty.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Pursue maturity as a disciple of Jesus Christ and reflect God’s love in life and work.
• Increase campus witnessing communities and their health, maturity, and influence.
• Lead and mentor students and faculty through Scripture, prayer, teaching, and discipleship experiences.
• Set annual goals with teams and align programs to reach growth targets.
• Collaborate with national and local InterVarsity staff to maintain standards of excellence and partnership.
