Job summary

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship is seeking a Campus Staff Minister for Wisconsin/Minnesota/Dakotas and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan to lead undergraduate ministry on multiple campuses. This full-time role emphasizes spiritual growth, leadership development, and cross-campus collaboration.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will work with students, faculty, and alumni to raise funds, develop leaders, and plant new witnessing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for CSMs assigned to a four-year campus.
• A minimum of an Associate’s degree required for CSMs assigned to a two-year campus or a community college.
• Strong interpersonal skills (including ability to minister to diverse ethnic communities and faculty).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus ministry teams to pursue InterVarsity’s vision on multiple campuses.
• Raise 100% of the financial budget assigned by your supervisor and communicate with partners.
• Affiliate chapters under your care and submit Graduating Student Forms to strengthen partnerships.
• Develop on-going ministry partnerships with alumni and volunteers.
• Identify and invest in advocates who will build networks of volunteers and donors.
