Job summary

Team Outsider is seeking a Campground Operations Coach to support General Managers across our nationwide campground portfolio. You will provide operational coaching, translate strategy into on-site action, and drive guest experience and financial performance.

You'll partner with Home Office and property leadership to strengthen standards, build strong on-site teams, and ensure consistent, high-quality hospitality across all properties, with about 30% travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-site hospitality/ RV / campground operations.
• Experience developing and coaching on-site leaders.
• Strong operational execution and performance mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with strong relevant experience.
• Experience working in fast-growth or scaling environments.

Responsibilities

• Coach General Managers to improve guest experiences and financial performance.
• Translate company strategy into daily on-site execution.
• Strengthen standards and operating procedures across properties.
• Develop leadership and succession across portfolio.
• Drive improvements in guest reviews and team NPS.
