Job summary

TikTal is seeking a seasoned Campaign Manager to own and deliver influencer marketing campaigns for clients across YouTube and short-form video. Working remotely, you will supervise campaign delivery from outreach to launch, coordinate with a Campaign Associate, attend calls, and maintain strong client communications.

You will build relationships with creators and agencies, track results, optimize processes, and contribute to ongoing improvements while ensuring timely, high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience executing campaigns in a marketing or content creation environment.
• Proven experience managing social media campaigns end to end.
• Track record of relationship building and management with creators.
• Excellent communication in English (written and spoken).
• Must be available to work 9 am–6 pm US EST with some flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to the Campaign Director, you will manage your own campaigns and their delivery.
• Take ownership of campaign delivery to ensure strong scores from clients and the YouTube team.
• Oversee day-to-day campaign execution with support from a Campaign Associate.
• Maintain relationships with content creators and agencies for efficient operations from outreach to launch.
• Maintain a consistent monthly output of campaigns and support continuity, time tracking, and quality assurance.
• Develop innovative approaches to short-form video marketing campaigns.
• Contribute to process improvements and ways of working.
• Track, evaluate, and report results of campaign management efforts.
