Job summary

Smart Circle International is seeking an Account/Campaign Coordinator to support our Home Services Campaign Management team. Working with the Campaign Manager, you will drive campaign execution through relationship management, planning, and cross-functional coordination.

You will serve as an additional point of contact for internal and external partners, helping onboard/offboard offices, track KPIs, and ensure initiatives stay on track.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of account or campaign support experience and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to build relationships across teams.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM platforms, Excel, and case management/reporting tools; Tableau a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an additional contact for assigned clients, managing communications and campaign-related issues.
• Handle daily account support such as onboarding/offboarding, asset management, leads & permits, incentive management, and compliance.
• Communicate program metrics and expansion opportunities with field leadership; update product/offer changes as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Create and maintain account docs like SOPs, logs, and welcome emails in the project management tool.
• Follow guidelines for responsible AI use and data security; take on additional tasks as needed.
