Job summary

Smart Circle International is seeking an Account/Campaign Manager to serve as the main client contact for assigned Telecommunications clients in a B2B channel. You will manage day-to-day communications, onboarding/offboarding, assets, and campaign execution across internal teams and third-party offices.

The role requires 3+ years in project/campaign/account management with telecom experience, strong organization, and proficiency in Salesforce and CRM dashboards. Remote work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project, campaign, or account management experience; telecommunications experience required.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact, managing day-to-day communications, account needs, issue resolution, and campaign execution.
• Oversee account operations, including onboarding/offboarding, assets, leads, permits, incentives, compliance, and troubleshooting.
• Lead recurring client and field team calls; manage agendas, action items, recaps, and follow-up.
• Partner with field leadership and internal teams on KPIs, program updates, expansion opportunities, and service delivery.
• Maintain key account documentation, including SOPs and action item logs, and identify opportunities to improve processes and systems.
• Support additional projects and initiatives as needed.
