Job summary

RiseMe is seeking an Account Coordinator to support multiple advertising clients with a broad range of order-processing tasks. You will help manage campaigns, collect materials, and build client recaps while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role involves assisting with proposals, RFPs, and liaising for digital campaigns, with a hybrid work setup and comprehensive benefits. Reports to the Operations Manager, Marketing and Client Services.

Qualifications

• Relative internship experience or 1 year in related role.
• Strong customer service and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists in all aspects of the order process (new orders, revisions, collecting materials)
• Create recaps at the end of campaigns (print, digital, & experiential)
• Client relationship management/Client services management
• Assisting in proposal writing and RFPs
• Collecting all advertisements for monthly and ancillary publications
• Collecting and working as the liaison for standard digital campaigns
• Creating client recaps
• Fact checking advertisements
• Assist Marketing department with event execution
• Assist Client Services Director on any admin/ad hoc needs
