Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain line food production duties as assigned by Lead Cook and Stallion Ops Manager.
• Assist Lead Cook with menu and recipe development; responsible for quantity and quality control in food production and sanitation.
• Ensure operation exceeds state and federal requirements for safe handling and production of food.
• Follow and maintain safety procedures in regard to the food production environment.
• Ensure food serving lines and related areas are properly stocked and cleaned.
• Review daily needs with Lead Cook and verify supply needs and availability.
• Observe safety standards and report any issues to management.
