CMGT is seeking a licensed Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) to join our growing team focused on single-family HOAs in the Florida Panhandle. This role emphasizes relationship building, technology-enabled management, and delivering exceptional service while working remotely with occasional travel for training and community visits.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of HOA management experience, reside in the Florida Panhandle, and hold an active CAM license.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Florida CAM license.
• Minimum 2 years HOA or community management experience.
• Must reside in the Florida Panhandle.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to build relationships with boards, homeowners, and vendors.

Responsibilities
