Job summary

OnPoint CX Solutions is hiring Survey Agents in Nevada to conduct telephone surveys and gather valuable feedback. This temporary, on-call position offers paid training, a quick start, and on-site training with the potential to work from home after handling calls independently.

Typical hours follow client demand, with 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM PST calling windows; weekend availability may be required. This role provides exposure to call-center operations without selling products and no sales quotas.

Qualifications

• Must currently reside in Nevada.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with people over the phone.
• Read and follow a script accurately; strong listening and data-entry skills.
• Dependable, responsive, and able to work when scheduled.
• Comfortable with repetitive, call-based work.
• Maintain focus and accuracy throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to conduct customer service and political opinion survey.
• Read survey questions from a provided script.
• Listen carefully and accurately enter respondents' answers.
• Maintain a professional and friendly approach on every call.
