OnPoint CX Solutions in Henderson, NV is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to talk with residential customers about energy options and find solutions that fit their needs. This full-time role trains you with hands-on coaching and gives you leads so you can spend time selling.

Typical hours are 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with weekly pay and paid training. A base hourly rate of $12 plus uncapped commissions offers earning potential, with possible work-from-home opportunities

OnPoint CX Solutions is growing our sales team in Henderson, NV , and we're looking for motivated Outbound Sales Representative who are comfortable talking with customers and ready to learn.
No previous sales experience? That's okay. If you're dependable, confident on the phone, coachable, and motivated by performance-based earnings, we'll provide the training and leads to help you get started.

In-Office Training + Potential Work From Home

This position begins in our Henderson, NV office so you can receive hands-on training, coaching, and support.Once training is completed and established performance and attendance expectations are consistently met, there may be an opportunity to work from home. Remote arrangements are based on eligibility and management approval.
