Job summary

Teleperformance USA is seeking an experienced Travel Operations Specialist to support domestic and international bookings from home. The role emphasizes coaching agents, maintaining service levels, and accurate Sabre-based travel arrangements for a nationwide client base.

You will handle complex itineraries, manage travel changes, and ensure adherence to travel policies while delivering clear, timely communications.

Qualifications

Must have experience using Sabre Native GDS.
Minimum of 3 years' Sabre experience with native commands.
2 years international booking experience with complex itineraries.
College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Typing speed of 25 wpm.
Excellent written and verbal communication in NA business standards.
Ability to work various shifts.

Responsibilities

Ensures daily performance metrics are met or exceeded.
80% of your day will involve coaching and educating agents.
Create an environment of fun, enthusiasm and accountability.
Take initiative and develop performance improvement plans.
Administer coaching and disciplinary actions when appropriate.
Handle internal and client-led performance discussions.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Ensure policies (Security, HR, Operations) are followed and incidents reported.
Must be able to take calls when needed.
Act as the point of sale for travel arrangements, including complex itineraries.
