Job summary

Sabre in the United States is seeking a People Leader for Travel Consultants to coach and develop an elite service team. You will drive performance, coach on KPI results, and partner with HR on formal improvements in a fast‑moving travel environment.

You will coach to improve CSAT and financial metrics, manage underperformance with structured plans, and foster a client‑first culture while delivering coaching documentation and timely feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of Travel Consultants.
• Strong coaching and listening skills.
• Data-driven decision making.
• Experience with client-first environments.
• Track record of meeting financial metrics and service targets.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, demanding service environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Travel Consultants team and act as People Leader.
• Provide regular, documented coaching to meet performance targets.
• Monitor KPI metrics at individual and team levels.
• Investigate service and quality errors and coach on improvements.
• Manage underperformance with Performance Improvement Plans and HR guidance.
• Analyze CSAT performance and communicate results.
