You will handle inbound and outbound calls with patients to support resupply of existing products, creating and booking orders, and delivering excellent service on a fixed schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ year of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Self-motivated with the ability to troubleshoot and adapt quickly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with a focus on data-entry accuracy.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients to support resupply of existing products.
• Create and book patient orders.
• Complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor performance metrics and meet quality and service-level standards.
