Brightree by ResMed is seeking a remote Call Center Sales Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting patients with resupply orders. The role emphasizes high-volume call handling, accuracy, and excellent service from a home-based setup.

With at least 1 year in customer service or sales, you will engage with Spanish-speaking customers for potential bilingual pay differentials and contribute to a compliant, efficient workflow in a fully remote environment across the U.S.

• Compensation: $17.00 per hour, with an additional pay differential for Spanish bilingual proficiency.

• Location: Fully Remote (U.S.)

• Work Schedule: Full‑time, Monday–Friday (40 hours/week) with an 8‑hour shift between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. CST, including two paid 15‑minute breaks and one unpaid 30‑minute lunch. This role requires daily phone‑based work on a fixed schedule with minimal flexibility.

• Remote Work Requirements: This position is remote and requires a HIPPA compliant work environment with a hardwired Ethernet internet connection (cable or fiber) with minimum speeds of 30 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload. Wi‑Fi, satellite, cellular, and 5G connections are not supported. Candidates will be asked to complete a brief internet speed test during the interview process.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is:$17/hr.
