Teleperformance USA is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a 100% remote inbound call center operation from within the United States. You will drive day-to-day performance, staff safety, and service quality across hundreds of agents and project teams.

The role emphasizes strategic initiative delivery, budgeting, staffing, and HR development, partnering with TP USA leadership to sustain a high-energy, inclusive culture that supports growth and client satisfaction.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years of call center management.
• Experience leading 500–1000 staff across client programs.
• Strong analytical and change management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel.
