Job summary

Cala Sourcing Solutions LLC is seeking customer service professionals with recent call center experience to support inbound inquiries about accounts, payments, and compliance. This fully remote role follows an initial onsite orientation and training in Phoenix, AZ.

The position offers $19.00-$20.00 per hour on a 6-month contract with potential for extension or permanent hire. Work Monday–Friday with a flexible schedule between 7:45 AM and 5:15 PM, after completing training and meeting

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent inbound call center experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment such as banking, insurance, or telecommunications.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask while navigating multiple systems.
• Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Office and Google Workspace).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must live within one hour of Phoenix, AZ and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries related to accounts, payments, and compliance.
• Onsite orientation in Phoenix followed by about 3 weeks of paid training.
• Remote work after training with a schedule within core hours.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and accurate information.
