Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Call Center Representative (CSR) in Mesa, AZ. Training will be onsite for 1 to 5 days, after which the position becomes fully remote. This is a contract–W2 role offering a rate of $17.50/hr. You will answer calls from shareholders, provide excellent service, and perform account research as needed.

Ideal candidates have strong English, typing, and MS Office skills, with 1–5 years in a financial services call center. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
