• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of healthcare experience, community outreach, or a similar role.
• 1+ years of experience working in a call center or healthcare provider front office.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable working with performance metrics and outreach targets.
• Empathy and cultural competence when working with diverse populations.
• Proficient with basic computer systems, including electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and job aids to ensure consistent execution across markets.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally within defined service levels.
• Conduct outbound calls for reminders, confirmations, and outreach.
• Respond to routine inquiries with empathy and professionalism; route questions as needed.
• Document information accurately in the EHR/EMR and other systems.
• Follow scripts and call flows; ensure accurate messaging and consistency.
• Provide excellent customer service and support first-call resolution when possible.
• Manage shared inboxes, queues, and worklists for timely responses.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments per policy and market workflow requirements.
• Provide appointment reminders and confirmations; assist with virtual visits when appropriate.
