Qualifications

• Ability to work well in a team and identify stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable responses to basic client questions; escalate complex cases as needed
• Update account history and follow up to ensure resolution
• Adhere to SLAs and meet production targets
• Collaborate with team and clients to resolve inquiries; cross-train new resources
• Review procedures to suggest improvements in workflows
