Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls (approximately 45–75 per day).
• Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Read from knowledge base articles to ensure accuracy.
• Create and manage service requests based on customer needs.
• Identify and escalate complex or sensitive calls as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of interactions.
• Deliver excellent customer service while staying professional and empathetic.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
