Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient with multiple computer applications in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Contact blood donors by telephone to recruit for blood donation.
• Schedule appointments to maximize donor show rates.
• Follow scripting to ensure a consistent donor experience.
• Maintain donor records and appointments in systems.
• Coordinate with community donor groups and respond to inbound calls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Meet daily production standards (calls per hour).
