Ducks Unlimited Michigan is seeking a part-time temporary Calendar Raffle Coordinator to manage the Michigan Ducks Unlimited Calendar Raffle lifecycle, from bid process through prize allocation.

Remote work from home with occasional in-person meetings; duties include coordinating with volunteers and partners, handling drawing logistics, and ensuring compliance with state gaming rules; about 20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Volunteer experience with Ducks Unlimited or similar organizations.
• Aptitude for building and managing relationships with diverse volunteers and staff.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Internet; remote work from home.
• Self-motivated and able to meet challenging goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Calendar Raffle production, bidding, design and prize allocation.
• Coordinate printing, distribution, and posting of winners.
• Collaborate with volunteers, staff, businesses and partners.
• Manage calendars, tickets, funds, and licenses; ensure compliance.
• Communicate with winners and post results on social media.
• Track finances and reimburse travel; manage licenses as needed.
• Support drawing organization and notifications; meet reporting needs.
