Qualifications

• Experience with CAD drafting and surveying calculations.
• Ability to read and interpret site plans and plats.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented and accurate, able to identify discrepancies.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review calculations and staking drawings for residential construction.
• Draw property boundaries and adjust to aerial imagery.
• Create master staking drawings for subdivisions and verify plats.
• Prepare and distribute dirt calculations and as-built surveys.
• Learn client-specific procedures and software; work remotely or in office.
