Qualifications

Experience with CAD drafting and surveying calculations.
Ability to read and interpret site plans, construction plans, and plats.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Review foundation closures, including square, rotation, and setbacks.
Review and add interior walls to slabs based on client staking requests.
Prepare calculations and drawings for P&D stakings from scratch when needed.
Create master staking drawings for new subdivisions and compare plats against CAD files.
Prepare dirt calculations and distribute to client contacts.
Produce closing as-builts for specific projects as required.
