Qualifications

• Experience with CAD drafting and surveying calculations.
• Ability to read and interpret site plans, constructions plans and recorded plats.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review calculations and staking drawings for residential construction.
• Create master staking drawings for new subdivisions and compare plats with CAD files.
• Prepare and distribute dirt calculations and as-built surveys.
• Support training on client-specific workflows and software.
