Job summary
INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM product capabilities with custom manufacturers across North America. You will partner with Sales to drive the pre-sales cycle, lead tailored demonstrations, and translate customer needs into scalable CAD/CAM solutions that fit engineer-to-order environments.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Solutions Engineering or technical consulting within manufacturing software, with hands-on CAD/CAM experience and comfort presenting to shop owners
Qualifications
- Background in architectural millwork, casework, or cabinetry strongly preferred.
- ~3+ years of Solutions Engineering or similar experience in manufacturing software/CAD/CAM.
- Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software and libraries/post-processors.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM from discovery through close.
- Lead tailored product demos showing CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions.
- Guide prospects on engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with capabilities.
- Capture customer feedback and communicate trends to leadership.
- Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows and events.
