INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM product capabilities with custom millwork manufacturers across North America. You will partner with Sales to manage the pre-sales cycle and deliver tailored demonstrations that translate complex CAD/CAM features into tangible shop floor outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in solutions engineering within a manufacturing CAD/CAM context, hands-on CAD/CAM experience, and the ability to travel up to 25% for events and visits.

Qualifikationen

• Background in the architectural millwork, casework, or cabinetry industry (shop floor, engineering, estimating, or production management) strongly preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting within a manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environment preferred
• Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software (Toolbox, libraries, post-processors) and/or other CAD/CAM-based systems
• You can make a CNC post-processor sound exciting to a room full of shop owners
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for trade shows, customer visits, and team events

Aufgaben

• Partner with Sales to own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM, from discovery through close, including articulating how CAD/CAM fits within the broader INNERGY ecosystem
• Lead tailored product demonstrations that showcase CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows, making complex capabilities feel intuitive and tangible for prospects
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs)
• Guide prospects through how CAD/CAM supports engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally, channeling feedback on trends, gaps, and opportunities to Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership
• Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events (e.g., Closets Expo, Wood Pro Expo, IWF, and regional events)
