INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to act as the technical bridge between our CAD/CAM product and custom manufacturers across North America. You will partner with Sales to articulate how CAD/CAM fits within the INNERGY ecosystem and drive pre-sales engagements.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in solutions/sales engineering within manufacturing software or CAD/CAM, hands-on CAD/CAM experience, and a background in millwork, cabinetry, or casework.

Competenze

• Background in architectural millwork, casework, or cabinetry industry preferred.
• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting in manufacturing software or CAD/CAM.
• Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software (Toolbox, libraries, post-processors) or other CAD/CAM systems.
• Ability to explain CNC post-processors to shop owners.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for trade shows and visits.

• Own technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM from discovery to close.
• Lead tailored CAD/CAM demonstrations showing design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, outputs).
• Guide prospects in engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align needs with capabilities.
• Represent customer voice to Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership.
• Attend industry trade shows and events to promote INNERGY.
