INNERGY is hiring a Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between our CAD/CAM product and custom manufacturers across North America. You will partner with Sales to drive the pre-sales cycle and translate complex capabilities into tangible outcomes for millwork shops.

The role requires hands-on CAD/CAM experience, industry background in architectural millwork or cabinetry, and a willingness to travel up to 25% for trade shows and customer visits. This is a fully remote position.

Competenze

3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering or technical consulting within manufacturing software or CAD/CAM.
Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software and related libraries or post-processors.
Experience in the architectural millwork, cabinetry or related manufacturing industries is preferred.

Mansioni

Lead the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM from discovery to close with clear value realization.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations showing CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs).
Guide prospects on how CAD/CAM supports engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with capabilities.
Represent the voice of the customer to Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership.
