Job summary

OCHIN is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to design, develop, test, document, and maintain data pipelines and reporting solutions across its BI tools. You will implement scalable data structures and reliable ETL processes while supporting the full project lifecycle from requirements to UAT.

The role requires deep experience with Epic reporting, Caboodle data modeling, and SQL development, including hyperspace and Cogito SQL.

Qualifications

Certification or proficiency in Caboodle Data Modeling preferred; if not, proficiency required within 90 days of employment.
Minimum five years of experience reporting in Epic is required.
Minimum five years of experience with complex SQL development.
Minimum 3 years of experience with Caboodle data modeling and star schema.
Minimum 3 years of experience with SQL Hyperspace, SQL Metrix, Cogito SQL.
Minimum 3 years of experience with Slicer/Dicer.
Competency assessment 50–60 minutes is required before team interview.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain database objects and write complex SQL queries for reporting and data integration.
Develop custom reporting in Epic Hyperspace (Reporting Workbench, Cogito SQL) and dashboards.
Lead sessions with stakeholders to design and develop solutions for reporting/analytics needs.
Execute full reporting lifecycle including design, development, testing, and documentation.
Other duties as assigned.
