Job summary

OCHIN, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence Developer to design, build, and optimize data pipelines and reporting across Epic data constructs.

You will create scalable data structures, ensure quality, and support the full lifecycle from requirements to deployment, collaborating with members and vendors. This remote role requires strong SQL skills, Epic Clarity competency, and experience with Cogito/Caboodle ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of information technology or related field experience.
• Minimum five years of experience with complex SQL development.
• Current Epic Clarity Data Model certification is REQUIRED.
• Epic Caboodle Data Model certification, Cogito Tools Administration certification, and Radar SQL Metrics Badge preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience with custom development within the Epic Cogito suite is preferred.
• Candidates will complete a 50–60 minute competency assessment before team interviews.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, document, maintain, and troubleshoot database objects, ETL processes, and reporting solutions.
• Develop reporting solutions within Epic Hyperspace including Reporting Workbench and Cogito SQL reports, Radar dashboards, and related Cogito elements.
• Execute full reporting lifecycle from design to acceptance testing and deployment.
• Lead sessions with OCHIN members, vendors, and staff to design and implement analytical solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
