The role supports the full project lifecycle—from requirements to UAT—while leading sessions with stakeholders to fit reporting requirements and optimize analytics across the organization.

Qualifications

• Certification or proficiency in Caboodle Data Modeling preferred; if not, proficiency required within the first 90‑days of employment.
• Minimum five years of experience reporting in Epic is required
• Minimum five years of experience with complex SQL development required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with custom development caboodle data modeling, star schema experience
• Minimum 3 years of broad knowledge using SQL hyperspace, SQL metrix, Cogito SQL
• Minimum 3 experience with Slicer/Dicer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain database objects such as tables, stored procedures, functions, and views; develop complex SQL queries to support reporting and data integration.
• Develop custom reporting solutions within Epic Hyperspace (Reporting Workbench, Cogito SQL reports, Radar dashboards).
• Execute full reporting lifecycle: design, development, testing, documentation, maintenance, troubleshooting.
• Lead working sessions with OCHIN members, vendors, and staff to design and develop solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
