Job summary

OCHIN, a national remote healthcare IT leader, seeks an Epic Caboodle Developer to design, develop, test, document, maintain, and troubleshoot Caboodle data structures, ETL processes, and reporting solutions across BI and data integration tools.

You will implement reliable data pipelines, support the full project lifecycle, gather requirements, design solutions, and collaborate with members and vendors to meet reporting and analytic needs. Remote work from a nationwide pool is supported.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in a similar or relevant role.
• Work history in Healthcare IT is required.
• Minimum three–five years of experience in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum three–five years of experience with complex SQL development.
• Minimum three–five years of experience with custom Caboodle development.
• Strong communication skills—able to communicate with both application and technical teams and end users.

Responsibilities

• Analyze non-Caboodle datasets to identify required data elements to be moved into Caboodle.
• Map non-Epic datasets to existing database structures within Caboodle.
• Design and develop custom database structures within Caboodle as needed.
• Develop custom imports to move Epic data from Clarity to Caboodle.
• Lead sessions with members, vendors, and staff to design technical solutions.
