Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Financial Services including Community Association Banking.
• HS Diploma or GED with extensive experience in Financial Services including Community Association Banking.

Responsibilities

• Sells HOA products and services and generates deposit and loan, and payment relationships.
• Participates in CAI chapters and industry events, develops prospects in the Association industry, and makes presentations to prospective customers.
• Maintains knowledge of banking products and services as well as knowledge of the industry and market areas served. Keeps abreast of current developments and market trends to further identify and service the customers' needs.
• Works with internal business partners to set up new customers, complete paperwork and submit payment, loan and new account packages.

Education

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Financial Services including Community Association Banking

High School Diploma or GED with 10 years of experience in Financial Services including Community Association Banking
