Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 4–8 years of HOA industry experience working directly with associations and/or property management companies.
• Proven effective sales ability and persuasiveness.
• Must provide evidence of academic preparation or courses related to the job posting, if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and referrals in HOA market.
• Establish and maintain relationships with prospects and clients to identify needs and offer financial solutions.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products including deposits, treasury management, and digital banking.
• Maintain an active pipeline and ensure accurate CRM documentation.
