Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a workers compensation claims adjuster.
• Licensed/state experience in California and SIP.
• Demonstrated knowledge of workers compensation laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office and claims management software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle workers' compensation claims on behalf of clients.
• Communicate with claimants, providers, attorneys, and executives.
• Review and process state filings, denials, and subrogation as needed.
• Maintain detailed case notes and ensure regulatory compliance.
