Clarvida is seeking a Revenue Cycle Operations Analyst to support California operations by analyzing and improving front-end revenue cycle performance. You will serve as a subject matter expert on eligibility verification, payer requirements, authorization management, and billing readiness, collaborating with clinical, operational, and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum three years revenue cycle or related analytical experience.
• Experience interpreting Medi-Cal, Medi-Medi, and payer requirements.
• Experience with EHR and billing platforms such as IRIS or Avatar.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze front-end revenue cycle workflows and billing readiness.
• Interpret Medi-Cal and payer requirements and provide guidance.
• Develop and maintain revenue cycle procedures and KPIs.
• Identify risks and coordinate corrective actions with leadership.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Design training on payer requirements and billing readiness.
