Job summary

Quorum Health Corporation is seeking a Manager, Revenue Cycle Financial Clearance for a remote, Full Time role. This role reports to the VP of Revenue Cycle and oversees the Patient Assistance Center Financial Clearance team to ensure efficient access operations and alignment with organizational revenue cycle goals.

The position requires strong metrics management, staff education, and collaboration with legal/compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, finance, education, or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in revenue cycle or related healthcare function preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Patient Assistance Center Financial Clearance operations.
• Monitor key metrics and perform root cause analyses with action plans.
• Develop and enforce goals, standards, and procedures for areas of responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with payer guidelines and company policies; educate staff accordingly.
• Maintain understanding of Financial Clearance and Pre-registration processes.
• Manage dashboard usage, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership to streamline authorizations and referrals.
• Support employee engagement and career development within the team.
